Parents of St. Teresa School students: your obligation is to work at least two shifts for each child in the school.  Volunteer points are available for all shifts worked in addition to the shift requirement.  For information about volunteer points, please contact Elizabeth via e-mail.

If you have a child who wishes to earn community service hours, please remember they can earn hours by working at the fair.  Contact us at our e-mail address if you are interested..
A Note to all volunteers regarding schedule changes

We ask for your consideration and understanding by avoiding changes in your schedule.  It is confusing, and often frustrating to find unexpected changes in the volunteer staff.  Please understand that you make a commitment to a booth when you sign up to work there.

If you must make a change, we sincerely request that you only change the time, but remain working in the same booth.

Thanks for your assistance on this!  We're looking forward to a fun fair that is a community tradition, and profitable fair that assists our school.
Please remember, fair work is fun and it benefits all of us.  Lets greet our guests with a smile, and give them service that is nothing short of excellent.

A reminder.....it is very rude to arrive late for your shift.  Please be on time, and enjoy yourself!

The schedules are still being prepared.  We'll have them posted around Oct. 1 or so.
